Not much time today, but I can tell you that three CWOSSA teams performed admirably at the inaugural "Ontario Junior Basketball Championships" held in Unionville over the weekend.
The three squads --- St. Mary's, Resurrection, and SJAM --- combined to go 7-4 overall, with Resurrection capturing the consolation championship and St. Mary's advancing to the "Elite 8".
Interestingly enough, one player from each team was named as a second team all-star at the 24-team event: Adham Eleeda (St. Mary's), Simon Petrov (SJAM), and Korbil Gany (Resurrection).
