Congratulations go out to current Bishop Mac Senior Girls' coach Karen Bremner, who was recently named to the University of Guelph coaching staff as an assistant coach.
Bremner, who starred at Bishop Mac in the mid '00s, went on to play OUA basketball at Western before concussions cut her career short. She is currently pursuing her Master's Degree at Western, while volunteering her time towards several coaching gigs, including Bishop Mac.
She will continue in her role as Bishop Mac's head coach for the foreseeable future, as that was part of the understanding/agreement between her and Gryphs' Head Coach Tom O'Brien.
