The St. Mary's Eagles dominated not only D8 competition this past senior boys' basketball season, but also the all-star selections that were announced on Thursday.
In fact, all 5 Eagle starters were named to either the first or second all-star teams, led by Grade 11 G/F Tesloth Simon, who was named as league MVP.
His backcourt partner, Grade 11 G Tyrick Thompson, was the other Eagle on the first team while Tyler Hergott (Gr. 12 F), Jermaine Lyle (Gr. 11 G) and Nathan Riley (Gr. 11 G/F) were second-team selections.
Rounding out the 6-player first-team were Patric McGlynn (Gr. 12 G / Resurrection); Tyler Moulton (Gr. 12 F / St. Benedict), Jake Winter (Gr. 12 G / St. David) and Uzair Khan (Gr. 12 G / Mons. Doyle).
