Just prior to the break, WCSSAA officials announced their Senior all-star teams for the 2013-14 season.First-team selections included Nik Farkic (CHCI), Chuder Teny (GRCI), TJ Lall (Galt), Nedim Hodzic (SJAM), and Stefan Simic (KCI).
Named to the second team were Nick Johnny (WCI), Jason Thompson (CHCI), Simon Petrov (SJAM), David Bajic (GRCI), and Sean Davidson (GPSS).
The above ten individuals will be joined by honourable mention selections (minimum 1 per school) to participate in the annual WCSSAA all-star game, where the Mike Moser MVP Trophy will be handed out to one of the first-team selections.
Curiously absent from first or second team selection was Cameron Heights' leading scorer, Sasha Simic, who was selected in December to a top prospects game put on by NorthPoleHoops.com.
