Updated Senior Boys "Top 10": January 9th

Welcome back!

Injuries were certainly the name of the game for many CWOSSA teams throughout the first half of the season -- several top teams were not immune to the "injury bug" which, in turn, led to the occasional "upset".

It's been an interesting year to date!  St. Benedict is the clear #1 at this point, but expect some continued shuffling in the remainder of the rankings as the season continues.

1.  St. Benedict CSS / Cambridge (1)

2.  North Park CVS / Brantford (4)
The Trojans are the CWOSSA team that has come the closest to SBCSS this season, and avenged an earlier loss to Resurrection with a win over the holidays at the Western University tournament.

3.  Resurrection CSS / Kitchener (2)
Jamu Iluya (knee) is likely out for the remainder of the season, which will certainly test the depth of the Phoenix.

4.  St. David CSS / Waterloo (8)
Winners of the Jacob Ranton Memorial Tournament before the holidays (a tournament that featured a plethora of top ten teams) certainly warrants this ranking.  Lost in OT to Rez in league play before the holidays.

5.  Waterloo CI / Waterloo (5)
The Vikes will be among the favourites to advance to the WCSSAA finals once they return to full roster strength.

6.  Eastwood CI / Kitchener (3)
The Rebs have been a bit shorthanded (culminating in a loss to Southwood before the break) -- we'll see how healthy they are in the new year.

7.  SJAM / Waterloo (7)

8.  St. Mary's / Kitchener (6)

9.  Huron Heights / Kitchener (NR)

10.  Centre Wellington / Fergus (9)
