Congratulations go out to my brother James, who recently published his first E-book.
Some of you readers of the blog may find it of use, so I thought I would give him a shout-out.
"Solving Math Problems" discusses problem-solving strategies applicable to all branches of mathematics, as well as other fields. Topics covered in the book include George Polya's four stages of problem solving, blocks to problem solving, good thinking habits and heuristics. For mathematics students, the book also includes tips for preparing for and taking exams. Also included in the book are sample problems with solutions.
