Chalk up another 40+ performance for the top scorer in CWOSSA junior boys' basketball.
Bishop Mac's Michael Ganson (who moved to Guelph after playing at Vaughan SS last year) put home 44 points on Thursday as the Celtics picked up a key home win, 68-55 over the visiting CWDHS Falcons.
CW was led by their top gun, Josh MacEachern, with 23.
This marked Ganson's third 40+ effort of the season (44 against Lourdes and 42 against GCVI on Tuesday). He's also scored another 37 against a tough JF Ross squad.
Furthermore, the win moves BMAC into sole possession of 4th place --- aiding their chance of hosting a home playoff game and possibly advancing to "AA" CWOSSA.
