The success that the Resurrection seniors had in 2008 can be largely attributed to shooting guard Jordan Dixon.

Dixon was one of the smoothest players in recent memory. Like many guards, he had outstanding range on effortless jumpers. However, unlike many guards, he had crazy athleticism, a killer cross-over dribble (slash stepback jumper), and was a ferocious dunker to boot (a couple of huge putbacks come to mind....). Perhaps the most telling? He made an otherwise "average" Resurrection team a very good team (2008 D8 champions, 2008 CWOSSA "AAAA" semifinalists).

Dixon currently attends Fanshawe College and is their 2nd leading scorer this year (14.0 PPG) --- the Falcons are 13-2 in OCAA play. He was named to the first-team all rookie "west region" OCAA team last year.
