The Bears continue to prove that they're for real this year, dropping their first game of the year --- barely --- to AAAA rival Centennial. Harman Goyal had 22 points to lead Centennial, while Shan Lekhi had 20 to pace the Bears.
Guelph CVI 53, JF Ross 44
The Gaels pick up their first win while dropping Ross to 1-2. Kevin Duong (15) and Lincoln Rosebush (12) led the way for the Gaels, while Curtis Gordon had 14 and Mengis Hiyabu 9 for Ross.
CWDHS 54, Bishop Mac 44
Eli Hesse (13) and Nate Scott (11) both had double-digit efforts in CW's win over Bishop Mac. Jack Morris (12) and Greg MacEachern (7) led the Celts on Tuesday.
