D10: Tuesday Results & Standings

Here's the rundown from Tuesday in the D10 league, starting in the senior division:

No trouble here for the Crusaders as they beat an improving ODSS squad.  Cierra Carere led the way with 10 points; Tori Quinn put in 7 points for the Bears.

The Royals improve to 3-0 on the year with a win against their East Guelph rivals.  Three rookies led the way for JFR in this one --- Sydney Resch (12), Carolyn Holmes (10) and Silvie Cafarella (7).  St. James also had a rookie lead their scoring, with grade 11 guard Erica Zen putting home 12 points.

Bishop Mac 56, Centre Wellington 53
In a score that probably opened some eyes, the CWDHS Falcons nearly took out the BMac Celtics at home; however, the Celts survived the challenge and now have won 37 consecutive D10 league & playoff games.  Top scorers for Bishop Mac on this night were Alison Morris (15) and Rebecca Keil (14).  For the Falcons, Erica McFadden had a game-high 18 points, while Jamie Janssen added in 16.
