The Bluevale Knights lost a very close game to Brampton Notre Dame, 59-56 in the final of the St. Benedict's 32-team tournament this evening in Cambridge.
Earlier, the Knights survived an OT game in the semifinals against St. Basil's of Sault Ste. Marie 60-55. Stefan Cvrkalj (20) and Andrew Beney (16) led the way for Bluevale in that one.
On the other side of the draw, Cambridge's Southwood SS lost in the consolation final to Collingwood CVI by a 50-39 final.
