A nice draw has again been set for the 16-team Southwood Roundball Classic.
Included in this year's draw are a few OFSAA teams from a season ago --- most notably St. Christopher (Sarnia), St. Joseph (Barrie), Collingwood CI and our very own CWOSSA reps at Cameron Heights.
Upper-draw games go at Southwood, while the lower draw will be contested at Preston. The championship final goes tomorrow evening (8:00pm) at Southwood.
First round (Friday) games are below. Of particular interest to CWOSSA fans might be the first-round tilt between Centre Dufferin and Cameron Heights, two "top ten" teams in this week's ranking.
Upper Draw at Southwood
Noon - St. Benedict vs. St. John's (Brantford)
1:30pm - St. Christopher (Sarnia) vs. Woodstock
3:00pm - Southwood vs. St. Thomas Aquinas (London)
4:30pm - St. Joseph's (Barrie) vs. South (London)
Lower Draw at Preston
Noon - Centre Wellington vs. Preston
1:30pm - KCI vs. Brantford CI
3:00pm - Collingwood vs. Huron Park (Woodstock)
4:30pm - Centre Dufferin vs. Cameron Heights
