The St. Benedict Saints (Cambridge/D8) participated in the Keswick Christian "Suncoast Classic" 2009 boys basketball tournament over the break.
The Saints dropped a heartbreaking 45-44 decision to Crystal River High in their opening round game, and then lost their consolation semifinal (to the host school) before beating Academy at the Lakes in the 7th place game.
St. Benedict will be hosting their annual 32-team tournament this coming weekend in Cambridge.
