There was one game to talk about in both D8 junior & senior yesterday, as the league's two private schools got together for a doubleheader.The Rockway juniors had already clinched the final playoff spot, so the result of that game wasn't going to have any impact on the final seeding.
The Flames squeaked out a 42-39 win, backed by 16 points from Isaac Regier. Teddy Neuman had 10 for the Cavs.
On the senior side, Rockway bested Woodland 43-26, with Matt Steinman (11) and Connor Huxman (10) providing double-digit efforts. Trent Fisher had 9 for Woodland.
Rockway will be the #6 seed in both junior and senior D8, and will also be representing the league at "A" CWOSSA next month.
