Semifinals are set for today in the "AAA" CWOSSA tournament which will still be played at Our Lady of Lourdes in Guelph today due to the roof leak at St. James from last week.There were no major surprises on the senior side of things, with the top ranked teams in the event --- St. James & St. John's --- posting 2-0 records.
St. James will take on KCI in one of the semifinals today, while St. John's will battle Galt Collegiate in the other.
On the junior side, Pool "B" provided the most intrigue from the opening day of action. Interestingly enough, it was the lone league champion (North Park) who finished 0-2 in the pool, while St. David won both games to top the division at 2-0.
Junior semifinals today will see St. David take on Jacob Hespeler, and St. James battle Preston HS.
