Can't "officially finalize" things as far as records are concerned until Monday, as WCI-GRCI will finish up the regular season at that time.  

However, it would appear as though Grand River will be 3rd and WCI 5th regardless of Monday's result (CHCI has the +/- against both teams; then SJAM over GRCI H2H).
