The Bluevale Collegiate Knights were able to hold off the Loyola (Mississauga) Warriors by a 56-52 final this morning at Monsignor Doyle.
Stefan Cvrkalj had 18 and Andrew Beney contributed 15 for Bluevale in the victory. The Warriors were only 1-4 in ROPSSAA play to this point in the season but were definitely better today than their record indicated.
The Knights will play the winner of the Monsignor Doyle/St. Mary's (SSM) game at Doyle (5:00pm) tonight.
