As a result of Assumption's loss yesterday to Brantford CI in D5 quarterfinal action, the St. John's Green Eagles will head to Kitchener for the AAAA championship later this month, co-hosted by Resurrection and St. Mary's.
The Eagles (D5 #1) will be in a pool with "WCSSAA #2" and "D10 #1".
D8 #1, WCSSAA #1 and D10 #2 will account for the other pool.
The St. John's junior squad, my current #2 CWOSSA AAAA team, can book their ticket to CWOSSA on Thursday in a semifinal game against Assumption College. However, if Assumption can somehow spring the upset, they would be the D5's representative at CWOSSA.
