CWOSSABasketball.com's "Plays of the Year"

We all know about the prevalence of technology in our society these days.

Lately, when I've been to basketball games, there's generally at least one or two people recording a game, not to mention those who are getting clips on camera phones and the like.

Here's your chance to showcase some of the great plays that have happened in CWOSSA to this point.

How to enter?

A)  E-mail me (mark(at)cwossabasketball.com or cwossabasketball(at)hotmail.com) with a copy of the video.  Due to the size of files, it is preferable if you utilize the cwossabasketball.com e-mail address.  Alternatively, if the video is posted elsewhere (i.e. YouTube) then just shoot me a link.

Note:  Attempts should be made to edit the video into a clip that just shows the play to be considered.  As a "last resort", clips will be accepted that are longer but specific instructions on where to find the clip within the video must be included.

B)  I'll narrow down submissions to 5 or 10, as of some point next week.  Of course, I can't look ahead too far yet since it depends on people actually submitting what they have! 

C)  A $25 gift card (to the restaurant/store/etc. of choice) will be given to the person who submits the video as well as to the athlete responsible for the play.

D)  Only plays done by CWOSSA players are eligible, so for example, a play done by an opposing player against a CWOSSA school would not be eligible.

E)  Junior or Senior Plays can be submitted.

F)  Once "finalists" have been selected, at my discretion, I will post the videos on cwossabasketball.com and have a "poll" with fan voting at the sidebar to the right.  The fan vote will be partially (but not solely) responsible for determining the winner.
