Orangeville Prep To Visit Kitchener St. Mary's This Thursday

The vaunted Orangeville Prep basketball squad, featuring two of the top NCAA recruits in North America (Thon Maker & Jamal Murray) will be paying a visit to Kitchener this coming week.

Murray, a former Grand River Renegade, will be making his homecoming as O-Prep is set to take on Kitchener St. Mary's, at 7pm on Thursday evening at the Kitchener high school.

For those looking to try to get a ticket, though, you're too late.  

Tickets were made available first and foremost to the St. Mary's community, and they were quickly snapped up.

"The game is already sold out, 400 tickets, and there will be none available at the door," said St. Mary's Teacher-Coach Jeff Roth.

"Tickets sold in less than 36 hours with no advertising.  Last week, I turned down over a hundred ticket offers already (from outside the St. Mary's HS community) when the game had been official for less than 24 hours," he added.
