No trouble for the Royals in their opener as they handled Norwell at home. Marco Zanette and Doug Costanzo led the way with 12 each for CDDHS; Norwell received 8 from Matt Girodat and 7 more from Drew Cowan.
Junior
Erin DHS 55, College Heights 26
A tough return for College Heights to the D4 league as they fall on the road to the EDHS Raiders. Andrew McEwan had 7 for Erin in the win, while Jordan Mazurkewtch led all scorers with 8 for College Heights.
Centre Dufferin 52, Norwell 51
The best game of the day was this one which saw CDDHS escape with a 1-point win. Noah Sterling and Silas Sales had 17 each for CDDHS while Jeremiah Weidemann and Travis Soehner had 12 apiece for the Redmen.
