CWOSSA Qualifier: BCI Too Much for West Hill

The senior (Mustangs) and junior (Colts) basketball teams from Brantford Collegiate have qualified for the CWOSSA "AAA" championships after both posting dominant victories over Owen Sound's West Hill Collegiate last night in Brantford.

The senior Mustangs scored a 46-18 win, backed by 16 from Alex Packer, 9 from Tyler Mirco and 6 each from Ben Candy and Le-Hi Milbin.

In junior action, the Colts opened up a 48-11 lead at halftime over West Hill and cruised home to a 73-32 win.  Mackenzie Mark led the way with 19, while Chris Gorski added 8. 

The wins mean that Brantford CI will be the #6 seed in both the junior and senior "AAA" divisions.  In senior, BCI will play Kitchener CI at 7pm on Friday (at Preston), while in junior, Brantford will battle #3 Glenview Park in a 1pm quarterfinal game.
