The Brantford Collegiate Colts captured the championship at the first annual Simcoe Composite junior basketball tournament.
The Colts reeled off four consecutive wins to take the title, with the most challenging of those being a 6-point win over Woodstock's Huron Park (10-0 in the TVRAA Southeast Division).
Tristan Almas led the scoring in three of BCI's four wins. The results were as follows:
