Junior BMac Celtics Hold On For Tourney Title

The Bishop Mac Celtics nearly squandered a 56-40 lead with 4:00 to go (!), but scored the important final basket in an upset 58-56 win over the host St. James Lions at the St. James Tournament in Guelph over the weekend.

Senior Ghosts Capture JHSS Tournament

In a battle between two top "AAA" teams in WCSSAA, the Galt Ghosts continued their winning ways, capturing the JHSS tournament final over the host Hawks in the final.  

Galt knocked off Centre Wellington in the semifinals, who had defeated another top AAA team (Preston) in the first round of the tournament.
