Got one of the three Senior picks wrong yesterday, as the JF Ross Royals were able to squeak past the visiting Lourdes Crusaders to the tune of 42-39 last night.
The win improves JF Ross' record to .500 (3-3), while the Crusaders dropped to 4-3. Ali & Maddy Darling each had 9 points to pace the Royals, while Lourdes received double-digit efforts from Natasha Martinez (14) and Rainey Psenicka (10).
In other Senior Girls' action on Tuesday:
Guelph CVI 70, St. James 42
Offensive explosion for the Gaels, who had two 20+ efforts on the night --- Sydney Wilson (21) and Cally Strongman (20). Meghan Santi had 17 for the Lions, while Donna Zen added 12.

The Spartans' win, combined with Lourdes' loss, means Centennial is now in 2nd place and two full games clear of 3rd. Emma Cain paced CCVI on Tuesday with 18 points, while Megan Paddock added 9. Nikki Sinkner was tops for the Falcons, with 7.
