Huge game for both teams here in "A" division play. A St. Benedict victory here would virtually lock up first place overall in the standings --- I say "virtually" as they would be up 2 full games on second place (Resurrection) with three games to go, and with a 2-0 edge in the season series. I think Rez makes it a bit closer than last time out but I still like the Saints here.
St. Mary's (2-5) at Rockway (0-7)
My Pick: SMHS by 14
30 seems to be the magic number for the St. Mary's Eagles as the only times they've registered that scoring output, they've also registered wins (31 points against RMC & MDCSS). Not sure if they'll get to that output today or not, but I like them to win regardless.
St. David (5-3) at Woodland (3-6)
My Pick: SDCSS by 16
A win today by St. David would ensure them of no worse than 3rd place in the "A" group standings, and I think they'll be able to get the job done here.
