Note:  A-B-C Tiebreak rule is 5.3.7 from the WCSSAA regulations.  In a three-way tie where all teams have not played each other, if team "A" beats team "B", and team "B" beats team "C" (but A & C have not played), then the final standings go A, B, C.

In this regard, Elmira (A) defeated Preston (B), and Preston (B) defeated Huron Heights (C).  Elmira & Huron Heights did not play.  Therefore, Elmira 5th, Preston 6th and Huron Heights 7th.
