The Westside SS Thunder defeated the Norwell DSS Redmen by a 59-35 final on Thursday afternoon to win the D4 senior boys championship title.
Josh Hodge (pictured at right - photo credit Orangeville Banner) wasn't among the top scorers on this night but the Thunder got 19 points from Adam Craig and 12 each from Jordan Critch and Josh Millican en route to the title.
Norwell was led by Nakeno Amiri's 15 points, while Matt Girodat added 10.
Both Norwell (AA) and Westside (AAA) will advance to their respective CWOSSA championships next week.
Meanwhile, the D4 junior title game will go next Monday at Centre Dufferin High School where the junior Westside Thunder will play the host CDDHS Royals.
