Paris District High School Panthers and St. John's College Green Eagles won games Tuesday night to remain tied for second place in Brant County high school senior boys basketball.
The Panthers and the Eagles each have 4-2 records
Meanwhile, the North Park Collegiate Trojans defeated the Pauline Johnson Collegiate Thunderbirds 53-30 to remain undefeated and in first place with a 7-0 record. Leading scorers: Trojans -Cale McDonald 18, Brandon Webster 11, Logan Varga 9; Thunderbirds -Tyler Campbell 12, Mike Campbell 7, Tyler Thibert 6.
The Panthers defeated the Assumption College Lions 51-30. Leading scorers: Panthers -Taylor Shipp 12, Josh Fabe 10, Parker McIntyre 8; Lions -Justin Thibideau 10, Andre Toic 9, Jordan McCormick 7.
The Eagles beat the Brantford Collegiate Institute Mustangs 50-31. Leading scorers: Eagles -Tyler Van Leeuwen 14, Matt Bijman 5, Arthur Kogut 5; Mustangs -Robert Moxley 6, Le-Hi Milbin 6, Joseph Yelle 4.
The Panthers, Eagles and Trojans also won junior division games.
Paris District defeated Assumption 43-40. Top players: Panthers -Harji Gill, Isaac Soliazzo, Ian Lawrence; Lions -(top players) Aaron Zuwala, Ben Crocock, Zoltan Barna.
St. John's won 58-32 over BCI Colts. Leading scorers: Eagles -Jake Brennan 16, Cam Post 12, Connor Kuzmich 10; Colts -Mackenzie Mark, Chris Gorski 8, Ryan Jamula 6.
North Park beat PJC Warriors 60-20. Leading scorers: Trojans -Cam Lumax 16, Jon Dulmage 13, Brodie McIvor 6; Warriors -Brandon Patterson 4, Justin Benin 4, Thomas Van Pypen 4.
