D10: Tuesday Picks

Back from the break, with a huge week of high school hoop action.......lots of league games, and numerous tournaments this weekend.

The league play starts off today in D10 only, with WCSSAA resuming its schedule on Thursday.  Anyways, here's a quick look at the games:

D10 Picks Record YTD:  20-3 (.869)

St. James (7-1) at Orangeville (0-6)
My Pick:  STJ
Shouldn't be much of a problem for the talented Lions on the road here today......assuming that the weather upcountry doesn't interfere with this one actually being played.

Bishop Mac (1-6) at Lourdes (4-4)
My Pick: OLOL
The Lourdes Crusaders should continue their hold on D10's "AA" CWOSSA berth by taking out the Bishop Mac Celtics at home.

Centre Wellington (4-4) at Centennial (5-3)
My Pick:  CCVI
Huge game right here with the Falcons and Spartans both fighting for home playoff games (and CWOSSA "AAAA" berths for that matter) as we enter the new year.  I'll tab the Spartans to win this one, based upon their earlier success this season against CW.

JF Ross (7-0) at Guelph CVI (2-6)
My Pick:  JFR
The Royals should improve to 8-0 with another win today against GCVI.
