D10: Thursday Results
Centre Wellington 66, Centennial 59
My Pick: CCVI
I went with the Spartans, who had defeated the Falcons by around 20 points (on the road to boot) in their previous matchup. However, it was the Falcons who earned the victory on Tuesday in Guelph, thanks in part to 17 from Gavin MacNamara and 13 from Reid Giondi. Andrew Ellis had 17 for Centennial, while Erik Sterne added 15.
JF Ross 82, Guelph CVI 52
My Pick: JFR
The Royals stay perfect after having four players score double figures on Tuesday afternoon --- Mike Friesen (12), Evan Karl (11), Shamlo Saeed (10) and Wil de Groot (10). Andrew Hood led the Gaels with 11.
St. James 83, Orangeville 30
My Pick: STJ
The Lions had no trouble with the winless Bears; they were backed by 23 points from star forward Ryan Higgins. Kyle Holmes had 7 for ODSS.
Lourdes 71, Bishop Mac 44
My Pick: OLOL
Like the Royals above, the Crusaders had four players in double figures: Jordan Trimble (14), Mike Finoro (13), Taylor Fraser (12) and Ben King (10) en route to the victory. For Bishop Mac, Marcus Gyles and AJ Lacasmana had 8 each.
....the above results have created a bit of a logjam in the middle of the standings:
