Carrie Davenport had 11 points as the OSCVI Falcons fell 48-24 to St. Catharines' Eden High School in the final of the Rockway Invitational senior girls basketball tournament on Saturday in Kitchener.
Keshia Jacques added six points.
Jocelyn Anderson and Davenport combined for 23 points in the semifinals in a 41-21 win over the Walkerton District Raiders.
Sarah Mitchell added four points and six steals in a strong defensive game.
OSCVI also beat Exeter's South Huron 38-25 in round-robin play with Audrey Liskauskas scoring 16 points.
Liskauskas led all scorers with 14 points as the Falcons won their opener 38-17 over Kitchener's Woodland Christian.
Georgia Ottewell and Davenport combined for 13 points.
The West Hill Raiders beat St. Mary's (DCVI - St. Mary's) 39-9 to win the consolation final at the tournament Saturday.
West Hill also defeated Hillside 44-30 and Hamilton Christian 28-23 and opened with a 41-23 loss to Eden.
Maddie Lougheed led the attack with 33 points, while Nikki Hewgill had 29 and Tina Deenick added 24.
