Senior Girls: Trojans Take London Tournament

The North Park Trojans defeated Brantford Collegiate 45-23 to take the final of the Catholic Central High School tournament in London this past weekend.

In the championship final, North Park received 10 from Haley Welsh, 9 from Cassie Fletcher and 9 from Laura Chapple.

The Trojans defeated Catholic Central 51-31 in the semifinals (Fletcher 20, Allyson DeLorenzi 11, Reo Roland 9) while their opening game saw them take out Central Elgin 48-23 (DeLorenzi 14, Fletcher 10).

Roland and Tori Candy from Brantford Collegiate were named to the tournament all-star team.
