Bluevale, SJAM Tip Off in Exhibition Action Tonight

The Bluevale Knights will host the SJAM Highlanders in a "rematch" of last year's WCSSAA championship game.

Of course, many familiar faces have since moved on (SJAM's Jake Robinet to Waterloo; Bluevale's Andrew Beney to Guelph) but we will get our first look at last year's WCSSAA MVP, Stefan Cvrkalj.

SJAM will have a youthful lineup starring G/F Edem Ame, G Ben Reyhani and G Theshawn Barry.  Of course, with football playoffs on tomorrow for SJAM, I'm sure we might be a bit surprised as to who we see on the floor today.

At any rate, it will provide both teams with an opportunity to see some court action before next week's Heinbuch tournament.

Both teams will also do battle with the top clubs in the D8 league prior to the Heinbuch --- SJAM will play Resurrection on Friday, while Bluevale will host St. Mary's next Monday.
