WCSSAA YTD: 13-0 (1.000)
D10 YTD: 12-2 (.857)
WCSSAA
WODSS (1-1) at SJAM (2-0)
Pick: SJAM
The Highlanders shouldn't have much trouble today as they look to pick up their third straight win to start the year.
Forest Heights (1-0) at Huron Heights (0-2)
Pick: FHCI
The Huron Heights Huskies are probably a year or two away from making some noise in the WCSSAA league. I'll take the veteran Trojans to win this one.
Southwood (1-1) at Grand River (2-0)
Pick: GRCI
This should be a pretty good game over in east Kitchener --- I'll take the homecourt Renegades to prevail.
KCI (0-2) at Eastwood (1-1)
Pick: ECI
Eastwood can match last year's win total (2-10) with a victory at home vs. the Raiders today. It looks like a good possibility --- ECI's the pick.
Jacob Hespeler (0-2) at Bluevale (2-0)
Pick: BCI
The JHSS Hawks continue their tough schedule to start the season. Although I think they're better than some of the other winless clubs, it won't help them beat Bluevale today.
Preston (0-2) at Cameron Heights (2-0)
Pick: CHCI
Speaking of winless clubs that are better than their record indicates......the Preston Panthers. They've lost single digit games to two tough AAAA schools, SJAM & GRCI. They actually beat CHCI in an exhibition game earlier this season, but I like CHCI to get some revenge here in a game that counts for real.
WCI (2-0) at Galt (1-0)
Pick: WCI
The Vikes should move to 3-0 at the expense of the Galt Ghosts, who will actually be making their WCSSAA debut today (their "win" was a "bye win" over EDSS).
Glenview Park: Bye Win (Will Improve to 1-2).
D10
Three games today. We actually missed a couple possible picks yesterday in "rescheduled games" so we'll get to those results as well momentarily.
Centre Wellington (2-2) at Orangeville (0-4)
Pick: CWDHS
The Falcons will pick up a big win here and remain in the "top half" of the D10 standings.
Bishop Mac (1-3) at Centennial (3-1)
Pick: CCVI
The "young guys" for the Spartans are playing very well. I look for them to continue their winning ways here.
JF Ross (3-0) at Lourdes (2-2)
Pick: JFR
The Crusaders are dealing with some injury issues and the like which have affected their roster. Not sure if they'll be at 100% for this one but regardless, the Royals are the pick.
