CWOSSA "AAA" Qualification Update

Things are now a bit clearer after yesterday's WCSSAA quarterfinals:

Junior

WCSSAA (3) - Jacob Hespeler, Preston, WODSS
D8 (1) - St. David
D5 (1) - North Park
D5 vs. BAA (1) - Brantford CI vs. West Hill
D4 & 10 (1) - St. James vs. Westside
D9 (1) - Simcoe CS


Projected AAA Junior Ranking:

(Projecting BCI over West Hill and STJ over Westside in qualification games).  Of course, still a lot of basketball to be played, especially in WCSSAA.  Those games this weekend may have a large bearing on where those three teams in particular are ranked going forward.

2.  Jacob Hespeler - Cambridge
3.  North Park - Brantford
4.  Preston HS - Cambridge
5.  Brantford CI
6.  Waterloo-Oxford - Baden
7.  St. David
8.  Simcoe CS
Note:  The 3-7 rankings, in my view, could go any way.  However, I do know that the convenors generally try to avoid "intra-league" matchups in the first round --- so I've designed my rankings to avoid an NPC/BCI or a PHS/WODSS first-round game.

.....KCI would probably jump to #1 should they win the WCSSAA championship.
