CWOSSA Boys Team Information Requests

I've begun to send out some e-mails to CWOSSA boys coaches that I have on file with regards to information requests for the upcoming season.

Any of you coaches that are regular blog readers can help me out by filling in the form below and e-mailing to cwossabasketball@hotmail.com.

I understand that with fall sports and the like, many of you have yet to finalize your rosters, so once you have, please send this information my way:

Note:  Coaches from ALL leagues (BAA, NSSAA, WCSSAA, D10, D8, D5) are encouraged to submit.
