D10: Monday Result & Tuesday Picks

One quick game to advise you on from Monday, where the Bishop Mac Celtics improved to 5-1 at the expense of the Centre Wellington Falcons (1-5), 47-19.

Jess Burke (8), Tianna Sullivan (7) and Jess Morris (7) paced the balanced BMac attack, while Chloe Trapp had a solid effort for CW, with a game-high 15.

Now, on to today's schedule, which features a full slate of four games:

Lourdes (5-1) at Bishop Mac (5-1)
My Pick:  BMAC by 8
Big game here between these two "AA" teams, as they fight not only for positioning in the D10 standings, but also the right to represent their league at CWOSSA.  I'll go with the Celtics at home here but it should be close.

Guelph CVI (2-4) at Orangeville (0-6)
My Pick:  GCVI by 24
After seeing them over the weekend, it's clear that GCVI is certainly better than their D10 record would indicate.  Gaels shouldn't have much trouble with ODSS today.

St. James (6-0) at Centennial (4-2)
My Pick:  STJ by 11
The Lions have been unstoppable in D10 play, so I'm going to keep going with the hot hand.

CWDHS (1-5) at JF Ross (1-5)
My Pick:  JFR by 22
On paper, the Royals are clearly the better of these two 1-5 clubs.
