Eastwood 39, Jacob Hespeler 28
In a low scoring affair, the Rebels get it done to improve to 2-0 on the season.  Their balanced attack on Thursday was led by Sayyed Yaganehnia (8), Ousmane Kromah (6) and Tyrelle Rafferty (6).  Saajan Arora had a game-high 10 points for JHSS.

Forest Heights 51, WODSS 11
Scoring details were unavailable, but the Trojans move to 2-0 while the Crusaders drop to 0-2.

Galt 41, Elmira 34
In a battle between a couple of "AAA" schools, the Ghosts get an important win.  Scott Holton (17) led Galt, while Faizan Fayyaz chipped in 6.  Walker Stuart (10) and Alex Weber (8) topped the Lancer scoresheet.

Cameron Heights 47, Southwood 27
The Gaels are looking impressive early on in the season, moving to 2-0.  The Sabres are 0-2, but they did have a very tough opening week schedule (ECI and CHCI).  Luke Hovius (10) and Junior Bradford (8) led CHCI, while Brandon Starr (12) and Rayyan Vejdani (6) were the leading scorers for SSS.

Bluevale 57, KCI 40
Bluevale is also another 2-0 squad in the WCSSAA league after a solid road win at KCI.  Lukas Siebert (18) and Jeevanjot Sidhu (15) led the way on Thursday for the Knights; KCI received 16 from Matt McKinnon and 7 from Julian Greer.

Grand River 62, Preston 42
The Rens get a win over the Panthers (Preston) after losing to the Panthers (GPSS) in their first game.  Chuder Teny continued his solid play, pouring in 27 points.  Adam Snyder was the high scorer for Preston with 14.

Glenview Park 47, SJAM 46
You have to win the close games and the GPSS Panthers are doing exactly that --- winning their 2 games this week by a combined three points.  Sean Davidson had another strong effort for Glenview with 23, while Chris Thompson added 11.  Chris Iltshishin led SJAM with 16, and Nebojsa Sarkanovic added 14.

WCI 56, Huron Heights 47
The Vikes even up their record after an opening-day loss at KCI.  Shafi Mutware (16), Etai Mizrahi (10) and Adam Carter (10) were the Vikes in double figures; Huron Heights was led by Alex Deadman (17) and Arshid Babury (10).
