D10 Thursday Results - House Puts Home 36 in Win

SENIOR

Centennial 67, CWDHS 56
My Pick Was: CCVI
My Line Was: CCVI by 19

Rob House poured in 36 points for the Spartans --- the highest regulation single-game total by a CWOSSA player this year. Adrian Varilla chipped in 11 for CCVI.

Justin MacNamara had 21 for the Falcons in the loss.

St. James 46, GCVI 35
My Pick Was: St. James
My Line Was: STJ by 11

Been a while since I've had one exactly right, so thanks to the Lions for helping me out.

Ryan Higgins (10), Kelan McCormack (9), and Kenny Hasson (6) led the balanced Lion attack. On the flip side, top Gael performers were Joe Warnholtz (10), James Ingram (6), and Ervin Uzonovic (6).

Lourdes 73, JF Ross 69
My Pick Was: JF Ross
My Line Was: Ross by 8

Big win for the young Crusaders over the visiting Ross Royals. Sharieff Peru and Mike Finoro combined for 52 Crusader points (Peru - 29; Finoro - 23) in the win. Ryan Cook had 19 points for JF Ross.

Bishop Mac 50, Orangeville 34
My Pick Was: BMAC
My Line Was: BMAC by 7

The Celtics pick up their second senior win of the year ---- both at the expense of the ODSS Bears. Patrick Clouthier led Bishop Mac (and all scorers) with 11 points, while his teammates Nigel Dyer and Kyle Phillips each chipped in 9.

Gordon Dewar had 10 for ODSS, while Taylor Ellis contributed 9.

JUNIOR

St. James 46, GCVI 40

The Lions sweep the season series from the Gaels, and improve their chances at getting homecourt advantage in the playoffs.

For St. James, Emilio Pivato had 15 while Marcus Willock put in 10. GCVI's Landon McLaren led the Gaels with 14.

Centennial 49, Centre Wellington 29

Centennial's "three-headed monster" was up to their usual tricks, all hitting in double figures (Edward Gray 17, Erik Sterne 16, Aleks Kaludjerovic 10). For CW, Jacob Clark was the lone Falcon in double figures with 10, while Sivan Heeralall and Trevor Hiseler had 4 each.

Lourdes 55 JF Ross 48

The Crusaders were able to withstand a 32 point effort from JF Ross' Mike Friesen as they earn the victory.

Lourdes had three with double digits --- Chris Watson (14), Ben King (11), and Jordan Trimble (10).

Bishop Mac 81, Orangeville 10

No problems for BMac as they rout ODSS. 5 Celtic players had 9 or more --- Walt Olson (11), Ben Morris (11), Lucas Depieri (10), James Whiteside (9) and Owen Brombal (9).

ODSS' David Humphrey had 6 of the Bears' 10 points.
