The Owen Sound Falcons swept both ends of a junior-senior doubleheader in the lone action on Thursday afternoon in BAA play.
On the junior side, OSCVI squeaked by in a 33-32 thriller. Brezshia Ashcroft had a game-high 17 points for Peninsula Shores, while OSCVI's scoring details were not available.
The senior Falcons had an easier time of things, pulling away to a 57-30 win, backed by 12 from Audrey Liskauskas. Rachel Ward had a game-high 20 for the Phoenix.
OSCVI is alone in first (3-0) in the three-team BAA "North Division", with St. Mary's at 1-1 and Peninsula Shores now at 0-3.
In junior, OSCVI and Peninsula Shores have split their first two meetings, and sit tied for first at 2-1; St. Mary's is at 0-2 through their first two games.
