D10: Wednesday Results & Thursday Picks

One "doubleheader" to report in D10 play, although only 1 junior score and 1 senior score have been reported to this point.

In senior action, Lourdes stayed undefeated by handling St. James 56-40.  Monica Trimble netted 17 and Hannah Pearsall added 13 in the win; Brittany Gazzola (15) and Ashley Benham (10) were both in double figures for the Lions.

Meanwhile, the JF Ross juniors handled the Centre Wellington Falcons 39-25.  Candice Getsel (10) and Emily Kate Grey (8) were the leading Royals while Kayla Teeter had a nice performance and a game-high 19 for CWDHS.

Now, onto the two games on today's schedule:

The Celtics will win this one easily at home.

CWDHS (1-3*) at Guelph CVI (1-4)
My Pick:  CWDHS by 5
Going to figure it'll be a close one in downtown Guelph today, but I'll pick the visiting Falcons in this one.
