WCSSAA: Tuesday Picks

YTD:  52-4 (.929)

In a day where a few of the games might turn out to be lopsided affairs, I'll start with the "game of the day" which goes down at Cameron Heights (5:00pm):

Waterloo CI (7-0) at Cameron Heights (6-1)
My Pick:  WCI by 15
The Vikes have yet to be slowed down by a WCSSAA opponent; Cameron Heights might give them a bit of a run -- literally -- on the large Cameron court but the depth of the Vikes should lead them to another win today.

Glenview Park (0-7) at Southwood (4-3)
My Pick:  SSS by 24
The Southwood Sabres should handle the Panthers in this "all-Galt" battle.

Eastwood (0-7) at Bluevale (6-1)
My Pick:  BCI by 27
After dropping a game to WCI, the Knights should be right back in the win column today, provided they aren't looking ahead to a HUGE game against WODSS on Thursday.

Forest Heights (4-3) at SJAM (2-5)
My Pick:  FHCI by 7
I think it'll be a tight game over at SJAM today, but I look for the Blair McNaughton-led Trojans to pull it out.

WODSS (7-0) at Grand River (3-4)
My Pick:  WODSS by 22
The Crusaders should move to 8-0 at the expense of the Grand River Renegades today.

Galt (0-7) at KCI (5-2)
My Pick:  KCI by 17
The Raiders pick up an important win today in this battle between "AAA" schools.

Preston (2-5) at Jacob Hespeler (6-1)
My Pick:  JHSS by 18
I think the Hespeler Hawks will take out the frustrations from their loss to Southwood on Saturday on the Preston Panthers today in this all-Cambridge battle.....but Preston has been playing well as of late so the Hawks mustn't overlook them.

Huron Heights (1-6) at Elmira (2-5)
My Pick:  EDSS by 14

Big game in terms of the playoff picture and I think the Lancers will be too much at home today.
